At Ruggable, I played a pivotal role in driving eCommerce growth and expanding the digital product team. As the Principal Product Manager, I directly supervised the eCommerce Product team and contributed to the expansion of the eCommerce team from 5 to 20+ team members. I oversaw a portfolio of initiatives that drove over $7M in annual revenue. I spearheaded the strategy and long-term vision for Ruggable.com and its international sites, leading to the successful launch of two European websites within a year. Working closely with UX, engineering, and go-to-market teams, I developed and implemented long term roadmaps to drive eCommerce growth.

Prior to that, as a Product Manager, I focused on conversion optimization, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven strategies to boost conversion rates by 10% in just three months. I also introduced new technologies, improved internal processes, and ensured smooth execution of key product and promotional launches. Through cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership, I contributed to Ruggable’s rapid digital growth and international expansion.
